In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms apply:
2.1 By registering a 777zk account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with any additional rules, policies, or terms referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the 777zk Platform. 777zk operates a strict 18+ only policy without exception. Users found to be under 18 years of age will have their accounts suspended and all balances forfeited pending investigation. 777zk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
3.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. 777zk does not represent or warrant that access to or use of the Platform is permitted under the laws applicable to your location. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling regulation is subject to applicable federal and provincial laws, and that compliance with such laws is their individual responsibility.
3.3 Self-Exclusion Status. You may not register or maintain a 777zk account if you are currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform. Registering in breach of an active self-exclusion is a violation of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
3.4 One Account Per Individual. Each natural person may hold only one 777zk account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or variations thereof — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
4.1 To register a 777zk account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your name, Pakistani mobile number, email address, and date of birth. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and update it promptly if it changes.
4.2 KYC Verification. 777zk is required to conduct identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification for Pakistani users typically requires submission of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) scan and a live selfie or photograph. Additional documentation may be requested at 777zk's discretion.
4.3 Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions remaining in place until documentation is satisfactorily provided. 777zk reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where verification cannot be completed.
4.4 The information you provide during registration and KYC must be your own. Impersonating another person or providing false documentation constitutes fraud and will be reported to relevant authorities.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777zk account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
5.2 You agree to notify 777zk immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 777zk will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.
5.3 777zk provides two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to your registered Pakistani mobile number. Enabling 2FA is strongly recommended for all accounts. 777zk is not responsible for losses resulting from failure to enable available security features.
5.4 Bets and transactions made through your account while it is accessed with your credentials — whether by you or a third party — are your responsibility, unless you have notified 777zk of a security breach prior to the relevant transaction.
6.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777zk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Online, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) except USDT TRC20 transactions, which are converted at the prevailing rate at time of processing.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. Minimum deposit thresholds for specific payment methods may vary and are indicated within the deposit interface.
6.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests from KYC-verified accounts are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Same-day processing applies to PKR withdrawals of up to Rs 50,000. Larger amounts are processed within 24 hours. 777zk reserves the right to conduct additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
6.4 Funds Ownership. You may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. 777zk may reverse deposits and suspend accounts where third-party payment is detected.
6.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 777zk maintains AML compliance procedures. Unusual transaction patterns may be subject to additional review. 777zk reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending AML review without incurring liability.
7.1 All bets and wagers placed through 777zk are subject to the specific game rules, betting rules, and event rules applicable to the relevant product or market at the time the bet is placed.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. 777zk reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing reasons. Bet placement does not constitute acceptance until confirmed by the Platform with a unique bet reference number.
7.3 Errors & Technical Faults. In the event of a technical error that results in incorrect odds being displayed, bets accepted at materially incorrect prices may be voided at 777zk's discretion. 777zk will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users promptly.
7.4 Live Betting. In-play betting markets are subject to suspension and settlement delays at the discretion of 777zk. Live cricket markets, including PSL in-play odds, may be suspended during review periods. Settled in-play bets are final unless subject to a proven system error.
7.5 Casino Game Outcomes. RNG-based casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment under studio conditions. 777zk does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.6 Winnings from settled bets and games are credited to your real money balance. Winnings derived from bonus balance wagering are credited as bonus balance subject to applicable wagering requirements unless otherwise specified.
8.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available through 777zk are subject to specific eligibility criteria and wagering requirements set out in the individual offer terms. These Terms provide a general framework; specific offer terms govern in the event of conflict.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus balance before it converts to withdrawable funds. The specific multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in each offer.
8.3 Bonus Abuse. 777zk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, low-risk wagering patterns designed to complete requirements with minimal risk, and colluding with other users to extract bonus value. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
8.4 777zk reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to an account where wagering has commenced.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777zk Platform:

10.1 777zk is committed to providing a responsible gambling environment. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that no betting strategy eliminates the house edge on casino games or guarantees profit on sports wagers.
10.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 777zk account holders: (a) deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly); (b) session time reminders; (c) self-exclusion for specified periods (minimum 30 days) or permanently. These tools are accessible from your account settings without requiring contact with support.
10.3 Self-Exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked, you may not register a new 777zk account, and any active bonuses are forfeited. Withdrawable funds will be returned subject to standard KYC verification.

11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777zk shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of funds arising from your gambling activity; (b) losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to maintain credential security; (c) losses arising from temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service disruptions; (d) any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss of any nature.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms limits 777zk's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.4 777zk's total liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Amendments. 777zk reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 777zk will make reasonable efforts to notify account holders via the registered email address or an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.3 Language. These Terms and Conditions are issued in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.
